My Story
As the child of immigrants, I learned independence early. Responsibility came quickly, and for many years I lived in survival mode—being strong, self-sufficient, and capable because there was no other option. Over time, that way of living led to deep soul-searching, seasons of heartbreak, and moments that forced me to confront questions of identity, purpose, and faith.
There were periods marked by loss, emotional exhaustion, and profound transition—times when carrying everything alone was no longer sustainable. It was in those moments that my faith became deeply personal. I encountered Christ not as a distant belief, but as a present and faithful Savior who met me in the midst of pain and began restoring my heart with truth and hope.
Before stepping fully into coaching, I spent many years working as a Microbiologist and Quality Manager of a Public Health Lab. That season shaped how I think—analytically, carefully, and with respect for both evidence and process. It also deepened my understanding of how stress, trauma, and prolonged pressure affect the body, not just emotionally, but physiologically.
That insight became personal as I began addressing the toll years of survival had taken on my own nervous system. Learning to care for my body became part of my healing, and it was during that process that I was introduced to aromatherapy as a gentle, supportive tool. I later pursued formal training and certification so I could integrate it thoughtfully—not as a substitute for faith, but as practical support for calm, rest, and regulation.
My spiritual journey also led me to formal theological training and a master’s degree in Biblical Counseling, where God refined the gifts He had been shaping all along—discernment, compassion, and the ability to walk with others through difficult seasons without minimizing their pain or rushing their healing.
Today, I integrate biblical counseling with simple, body-aware practices because I believe God cares about the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. I walk alongside those who are ready to heal and move forward, grounded in Scripture and supported with wisdom and care. I am a trusted friend who will walk with you through your journey, offering encouragement, support, and a safe space to grow.
This is why I do what I do.
