My Story: Why I Became a Christian Life Coach & Aromatherapist

I became a Christian life coach because my life was marked by deep heartbreak. Over time, loss after loss took its toll, and I found myself navigating a season of profound change. I became emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed by the weight of it all. I reached a place where I felt completely hopeless and unable to cope.
It was in that broken place that I encountered Christ—not as a distant idea, but as a living Savior. Through His Word, I began to experience healing, truth, and hope where there had once been despair. God met me in my lowest moments and began restoring my heart, one layer at a time.
That healing journey led me to seminary, where God revealed and refined the gifts He had placed within me—to encourage, guide, and help others navigate life’s trials through biblical truth. I went on to earn a master’s degree in biblical counseling, and since then, I have dedicated my life to serving God’s people with compassion, wisdom, and grace.
While my spiritual healing was unfolding, I realized my physical body was still struggling. My nervous system was constantly activated. I lived with persistent anxiety, poor sleep, and overwhelming stress. Eventually, the toll on my body led to early menopause—something I did not yet understand was connected to prolonged stress and trauma.
It was during this season that I discovered one of God’s lesser-known gifts: essential oils. I began simply, using lavender to help me sleep—and the difference was profound. As my body started to respond, my curiosity grew. I wanted to understand how something so natural, something God created, could support calm, rest, and focus. That curiosity led me to formal training, certification, and eventually becoming a certified aromatherapist.
Today, I integrate both callings—biblical counseling and aromatherapy—because I believe God cares about the whole person. Healing is not only spiritual; it is emotional, mental, and physical. Through God’s Word and the gentle support of aromatherapy, I help others find balance, regulation, and clarity so they can heal, grow, and step into the purpose God has designed for their lives.
This is why I do what I do. My prayer is that what God has used to restore me will also bless and support you on your own journey toward wholeness.
